We are working on a fantastic in-house attorney opportunity located in West Los Angeles.  The right candidate will have solid educational and work history.  Ideally looking for a top tier law school graduate and a stable background spent within mid-to large law firms.  We will need transcripts and writing samples when interviews at the corporation are scheduled.  This is a unique opportunity to join a financially stable and growing team.  They are looking to move fast and are reviewing resumes this week then setting interviews for next week.

• 4th-6th year associate within a reputable law firm




• Corporate transactional experience a must; this is a heavy finance position (not looking for a litigator)




• Must be licensed to practice in California and be in good standing




• Knowledge of securities laws




• Must possess solid written and oral communication skills




• Must be comfortable working with legal team to ensure compliance, risk management and regulatory matters




• Must be business savvy
