Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehousing function to include the receiving of goods through order fulfillment and shipment.

 

General responsibilities include:

 

*Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment

*Plan and schedule all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.

*Direct and oversee job assignments along with planning of daily labor schedules

*Direct warehouse supervisory personnel to achieve prescribed objectives

 

Job Requirements:

 

*Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

*Minimum 5 years experience managing warehouse operations in a 3PL and/or retail apparel environment

*Ability to work with minimal supervision

*Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
