The Strategic Sales Executive is a senior management position responsible for developing, planning, executing, coordinating, and expanding initial sales and relationships activities for PharMethod with assigned clients in the Pharmaceutical, BioMedical and Device Industries.  This requires a consultative sales approach for sales and relationship expansion.  In some cases, this activity will be done in tandem with an Account Executive assigned to a key account.  In all cases, the primary objective of the Strategic Sales Executive is to support expansion of revenues for PharMethod and its sister company, Dyventive.  The Strategic Sales Executive will be expected to achieve mutually agreed upon quarterly sales/revenue targets.  He or she will be effective communicators, quick “out-of-box” thinkers, and have the ability to advocate both the client’s needs to the company and the company’s capabilities to the client.


 


 


 


 


 


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:


 





  • Create and expand revenue relationships with new and existing customers through a Strategic/Consultative Approach



  • Present current company products and services to a new potential revenue sources in a fashion that matches the needs or perceived needs of the client



  • Recommend, based upon experience with the company’s offerings and experience potential revenue driven solutions which may not be part of the formal product offering (This is done in conjunction with Senior Management Support.)



  • Primary relationship driver of initial sales to new customers and team leader on key customers who may have assigned Account Executives



  • Develop, expand, and maintain relationships at all levels within assigned customers



  • Develop, manage, track and report to PharMethod management changes at the client relevant to the business portfolio of PharMethod and its sister companies



  • Develop, manage, track and report to the customer any new offerings, products, and services offered by PharMethod, its sister companies, and potential partner companies



  • Research, recommend, coordinate, and represent the company in client vendor functions and events; company attended or sponsored trade shows, and at industry association functions and meetings



  • Engage market as a “Strategic Expert” in lifecycle communications solutions for the Pharmaceutical industry



  • Coordinate and Manage Social Media Interactions between company and key clients



  • Research, recommend, coordinate and present to potential third party allies, new client contacts, and other interested parties to secure, solidify, and expand key client relationships and revenues



  • Advocate client needs with PharMethod management, operations, and product teams



  • Additional sales support efforts to help drive revenues for the companies- such activities not limited to assigned clients




 


Requirements:


 





  • College Degree required



  • 5+ years Strategic Sales Experience, preferably with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as popular social and business media outlets



  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills



  • Must be confident that he/she can drive multi-million dollar deals to conclusion within twelve months of employment
