This Solutions Leader is responsible for several of our software-enabled services and the management of the product life cycle of Market Assessment through Launch to Management.  The focus of this Solution Leader is to diagnose client needs, develop MRDs, prepare launch materials, support our sales channels and deliver existing and new solutions that deliver impressive value to our clients. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities         

Work across the organization and partners/prospects to gather input and feedback that advance new product concepts into detailed market requirements documents        

Define product deliverable components including assessments of client ROI and internal dependencies         

Execute all tactical aspects of our product life cycle management process including drafting product/sales materials, building charter groups and providing consumable services to the channel

Build and test product sales tools         

Deliver training to sales and other functional areas        

Analyze early adopter behaviors related to the service and triage client issues identified         

Fine tune the value proposition for clients and prioritize the development of additional features to extend the value proposition 

JOB REQUIREMENTS         

At least 10 years of experience providing product, market, competitive and sales analysis to product management and/or company leadership          

Responsibility for developing training materials and delivering training to sales and other functional areas for at least 2 products in the last 5 years         

At least 3 years of experience with translating product ideas into well documented product definitions (MRD or PRDs) at a company with a well defined product management process          

Experience with helping to organize charter advisory groups as a standard part of the new business product development process         

At least 2 years of experience of helping to triage early customer issues with new products          

This position must be located at our Westwood headquarters

IDEAL QUALITIES         

Experience with enterprise software product management         

Business-to-business sales or strategy experience        

MBA or Masters degree either complete or underway at top 50 business or engineering school         

At least one documentable achievement (e.g., promotions and/or company-wide award)         

Undergraduate degree in software or engineering at a top national or regional university.          

Clear evidence of an orientation to working effectively across departments to achieve significant outcomes
