Make the most of your leadership and management skills to help patients live better lives. The Regional Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall management of multiple facilities in the greater LA area, providing leadership and direction to assure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care. This position will maintain a liaison relationship between the regional and corporate offices, ensure prompt corrective action is implemented with cost, safety and patient care as priorities for the facilities, equipment and systems, oversee design and construction of new units and unit expansions/renovation, and participate in due diligence of potential acquisitions as well as oversee the transitional process of those acquisitions. Other responsibilities include regional financial and risk management, quality assurance compliance, and management of patient care outcomes and teammates.
