A dynamic international bank with great opportunity for career advancement and offering a wealth of career possibilities is seeking a Regional Director in Southern California to manage, plan and coordinate the activities of the Sourthern California Region Retail Banking Divisin. This person will be responsible for  achieving  sales and service goals in support of the Bank’s strategic business plan, will ensure that Bank audit guidelines, regulatory requirements and operational policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Ideally this position will be responsible for helping set-up sales a process for the entire retail network. They will manage, oversee and direct the sales and operations activities of the assigned twelve regional retail branches with 8 direct reports. This individual must implement marketing and business plans to ensure maximum development of DDA accounts; develop support strategies that adjust to changing market conditions to maximize profitability and support Bank’s mission and goals. Must maximize loan and deposit accounts by developing new business as well as maintaining existing customers through aggressive sales and cross selling. Requirements for the ideal candidate are a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field. MUST  BE BILINGUAL AND FLUENT IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH.   This banking professional will have comprehensive knowledge of the principals, practices and legal requirements governing the management of retail banking. Ten or more years of performance management experience at the executive level is also required. Great Compensation and Benefits Package will be offered to the right person !!!!!!!!!
