Description

Perform special security services management as it applies to Special Access Program (SAP) activities, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and SAP security support to the MDA/SS staff and organization. Prepare, submit, and monitor clearance nominations and investigation documentation using DCID 6/3, NISPOM, or other government standards. Provide data contamination management, including coordinating clean-up efforts, reporting requirements, and ensuring auditing requirements are completed. Apply knowledge of government security policy, including DCIDs, JAFAN, NISPOM, and other governing documents. Maintain responsibility for media control, virus scanning, hardware and software control, and computer security briefings. Manage the industrial, personnel, and physical security program while ensuring that the customers mission needs are met. Prepare and maintain personnel access request, including Program Access Requests (PARs) and manage and administer all incoming and outgoing visits certifications to ensure procedures are being followed and security files are being maintained and reviewed in accordance with multiple existing and new SAP client requirements. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with specialized security
-Experience with the certification and accreditation of government classified systems
-Experience with NISPOM, DCID 6/3, or similar government policies
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BS or BA degree required    Additional Qualifications: -Experience with Microsoft Office applications -Ability to perform effectively with multiple assignments
-Ability to be organized
-Possession of excellent presentation skills
