Executive Assistant $70K plus DOA
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant supporting a CFO. It is mandatory that the candidate have 5 plus years experience supporting a CFO and working with Board of Directors, coordinating and arranging quarterly corporate meetings, earning calls, annual off-site shareholders meetings and distribution of press releases. Person will manage the executive’s busy calendar, schedules, expenses, travel, emails, and correspondence. Must be extremely professional and polished with outstanding communication (verbal and written) and computer skills; Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also must be able to work well independently and as a team. Strong organization, keen eye for details, ability to meet deadlines and juggling a myriad of things at once is a must. This is an immediate opportunity for a top notch assistant to work for a well established and successful company located in Los Angeles.
