Description

A 200 bed hospital, located an hour north of Los Angeles, seeks a Director of Materal Care.  This is a newly created position reports to the CNO.  They are projecting approximately 2500 births a year with the help of 45 ftes.  The Director must have experience and this should be noted on each candidates resume.  Four years of Maternal or Womens Services experience plus management of at least four years.  They are expecting to have eight LDR rooms, twenty post-partum beds, six NICUs (level II), plus Antepartum rooms.  The benefits are excellent and relo is provided.
