A leader in the Allied Health Education industry is seeking an experienced Campus President 


The Campus President is responsible for the overall management of campus operations,  financial management, marketing, administration, employee hiring and training as well as administration of policies and procedures to ensure that the strategic mission of the campus is being met.


 


Skills & Responsibilities



  • Responsible for programmatic reviews to increase student recruitment efforts and overall profitability of the organization.

  • Acts as a liaison with community and private associations in promoting awareness about the college, its programs and opportunities.

  • Works with cross functional teams in supporting overall strategic mission of the college.

  • Facilitates management, budgeting and operations management duties including facilities planning, equipment, expansion and site planning.

  • Provides leadership for future opportunities within the community at large

  • Ensures compliance standards are being met by conducting employee training

  • Handles all administrative and customer service related issues on campus.  


Requirements


Qualifications & Requirements



  • Masters degree preferred, bachelors required

  • 5 years administrative management experience in for profit higher education industry in a role of campus president or equivalent 

  • High level leadership skills with a strong finance, marketing and management background
